As a prerequisite to BAA’s filing of a 501(c)(3) application for tax-exempt status, BAA needs to amend its Articles of Organization (our “charter”) to comply with IRS requirements. To do this under Massachusetts law, we need the affirmative vote of 2/3 of all active BAA members approving our amendments to the charter. 

This includes you, and every vote counts! BAA members should sign the proxy ballot above and return it as soon as possible to hksblackalumni@gmail.com
