General Membership Meeting
HKS BAA members are invited to a special, virtual BAA meeting on November 15th at 5:30 pm ET to vote live for approval to amend the BAA charter. This is a very important meeting, and approval of this amendment is a prerequisite to the BAA’s filing of a 501(c)(3) application for tax-exempt status. The BAA needs to amend its Articles of Organization (our “charter”) to comply with IRS requirements. To do this under Massachusetts law, we need the affirmative vote of 2/3 of all active BAA members approving our amendments to the charter. This includes you, and every vote counts! Please register here for the meeting.
